1. WHAT AGE IS BEST FOR A NEWBORN SESSION?

Newborn sessions are best within the first 5–14 days, when babies are sleepier and more settled. That said, every stage has its own beauty, and I’m always happy to photograph your baby whenever it feels right for you.

2. WHAT IF MY BABY NEEDS FEEDING OR SETTLING?

That’s expected. Sessions are completely baby-led, with plenty of time for feeds, cuddles, and pauses. There’s no rush and no pressure to perform.

3. DO YOU TRAVEL FOR SESSIONS?

Yes. I’m based locally in Dalby, QLD but travel within the region for in-home and outdoor sessions. Travel fees may apply for locations further afield and will always be discussed upfront.

4. HOW AND WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR IMAGES?

Your images will be delivered via a private online gallery, where you can view, download, and share your photos. Galleries are typically delivered within 1-2 weeks.

5. DO YOU OFFER BIRTH PHOTOGRAPHY FOR HOSPITAL AND HOME BIRTHS?

Yes. I photograph both hospital and home births, always working quietly and respectfully within your chosen birth space. My role is to document, not direct, and to honour the experience as it unfolds.

6. CAN PARTNERS, SIBLINGS, OR FAMILY BE INCLUDED?

Absolutely. Partners and siblings are always welcome, and extended family can be included depending on the session type. The focus is on connection and comfort rather than posing.

7. CAN WE MEET OR CHAT BEFORE THE SESSION?

Yes. I’m always happy to connect beforehand to talk through your session, answer questions, and make sure everything feels aligned. Especially for birth sessions, connection and trust are essential.

8. WHERE DO SESSIONS TAKE PLACE?

Sessions can take place in your home or outdoors in a location that feels natural to your family. I’m always happy to help choose a setting that suits the season and your energy.
